Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes around 6–9 business days depending on your location, including USA, UK, Canada and Australia. For some South American countries, shipping may take a little longer due to customs and local delivery times.

Shipping Rates
A flat shipping rate of $4.95 applies to all orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties
Lumiview is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
